i think Calvin Hiep sucks as a designer. His clothes are cheap and not classy at all. There are 3 things that he keeps doing over and over again. that is: 1. Asymmetrical cuts on skirts, tops or dress. 2. Pasting cheap nylon flowers on dresses. 3. using bra's or corsets and draping fabrics over the dress and calling it fashion!!!!!!

I have no respect for his design. It's cheap and taste-less.

I think opposite for Thai Nguyen...he has 10 times for talent then Calvin Hiep. I would rather go to Thai than Hiep's show.....

these cali designers need to come to NY and experience the fashion industry! Calvin wouldn't even survive a week here!

Anonymous... I cannot agree with you more. I do not know why they call themselves designers if they are producing trash.

Do not assume that I am expressing my opinion out of jealousy, because there is nothing for me to be jealous about over Calvin Hiep collection. Even his name is not creative and original. He will not survive in the real world of fashion and in terms of taste and style - he is far away from it. Please stick to designing one-time wear for Paris By Night singers.

They were a cute couple on Vân Sơn Entertainment show and also off stage as well. After courtship, Minh Trí and Việt Thi married and had two daughters.
