Many stars attended Dam Vinh Hung 's birthday party on October 3rd, 2011. The singer turns 40 this year. Among the stars was Johnny Tri Nguyen who showed up alone. Oversea celebs such as comedian Chi Tai and Duong Trieu Vu were present as well as Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter . Following the footsteps of the Backstreet Boys and David Cook , David Archuleta will perform in “Idol Music Event 2011” show in Hanoi and HCM City in July, 2011. The show will take place at the Military Zone 7 Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City on July 22, and Giang Vo Exhibition Center in Hanoi on July 24. He will be joining other Vietnamese singers such as Dam Vinh Hung , Ho Ngoc Ha , Tuan Hung, Ngo Thanh Van , Noo Phuoc Thinh , Bao Thy , 355 and V-Music bands. Vietnam Idol 2010, Uyen Linh and her runner-up Van Mai Huong will also join the show. "Archuleta will come to Vietnam from July 21 to 25. He will attend a press conference and a welcoming party. I was a fan of the BSB. I got their CDs and bought a lot of their products but I wasn't as 'hype' as the fans seen in the video below. In general, I don't think I'll ever be that crazy for any celebrity. Just not my thing. Not saying that I won't be starstruck.
