Asia Entertainment held their own little voting thing in their forum among fans online. And SBTN (Saigon Broadcasting Television Network) did an " entertainment " report with Bich Chau about the voting. (Bich Chau looks a bit tired this time around. Maybe she's tired of Asia). It’s interesting that Viet Dung and the people at Asia probably own the whole station. So it is not surprising that SBTN’s entertainment section is full of ways to promote Asia’s shows and artists. SBTN 's (Saigon Broadcasting Television Network) Bich Chau interviewed another singer, this time Asia's singer Da Nhat Yen about the rumor that she was involved in a car accident and broke her leg. Da Nhat Yen is coming out with a DVD that will hit stores December 20th 2007 . This is her first DVD I heard. There seem to be trend going now for people to be releasing DVD, from Trish to Loan Chau and now Da Nhat Yen. I have one comment though on the poster picture. I don’t like it very much, simply because it doesn’t seem to fit with the title “Flyin’ High.” Da Nhat Yen looks clueless on the poster. I’m always late on these things; it takes me awhile to finish it watching. This is not a review on Asia 55: 75 Nam Am Nhac Vietnam 2 , Hat Voi Than Tuong though because I have not seen all of the show, but I want to quickly comment on it. I didn’t plan to watch any of Asia’s videos because as I stated in my earlier post to why I don’t watch Asia anymore... it sucks basically. However, my sister invited me to watch it with her and so I did hoping that it wouldn’t be so bad. In Asia 55, although the stories on the icons of Vietnamese music was interesting to watch and to know, I could not stay any longer to watch. After I saw like up to number 12 out of 31 performances I left. Asia didn’t change a bit. The opening act was bad because Da Nhat Yen and Don Ho was not a good pairing and doing a medley in the first act singing “ Ghe Ben Saigon ” was weak of an opening.
