As you probably all know by now that Jennifer Pham is pregnant. It was first reported at mautam.org about the pregnancy news, however Jennifer denies in Viet Weekly magazine . The reason behind the denial claimed sources was to cover up the embarrassment of a pregnancy before marriage. Mautam.org continues to stand by their story and said that time will tell. And as predicted, Quang Dung broke the news in an interview that Jennifer is expecting. The baby should be due sometimes in May, counting on that she’s around 2 months pregnant. If we count from August when Mautam.org broke the news, the baby should be due in March. Let’s see what happens.

I haven’t been following up on Dam Vinh Hung but wow, what a big change. The last time I saw him was when he had the dyed hair and an energetic look. However, when I see his new image, I am a bit drawn back. I’m not saying that I like his earlier look; but his newer image looks very foreign. I almost didn’t recognize him. His image is much more mature and older. Is Dam Vinh Hung promoting a new movie? Oh wait he’s a singer. He is however promoting his album, “Hanh Phuc Lang Thang,” a double CD album. Interesting. A friend of mine said he’s trying to be Korean. I did see the connecting. I guess because his new album features some romantic songs so he decided to dress up for it. Did you guys listen to the album? What you think? Also how do you feel about his new looks?

There was a rumor going around that Asia ’s leading singer Bang Tam and Ho Le Thu from Thuy Nga Paris By Night were fighting over the same man. Rumor had it that the two singers were involved with a rich old man in Houston. It turned out that the man was with Ho Le Thu for more than two years but later on was spotted with Bang Tam. While doing a show together in Houston, Bang Tam made the man choose between her and Ho Le Thu. It ended that Bang Tam had won over Ho Le Thu. My Thoughts: I find this rumor to be funny. But stories like this are a regular. Don’t be quickly to pick side on this one. Although it might seem like Ho Le Thu is the “fox” in this story, one person commented that “Băng Tâm hát hay, nhưng không có hiền đâu đó nghen.” The translation, she isn’t as nice and gentle as her singing. Haha. Yeah, don’t think you can pick on her.

As a result, they appeared in Thailand’s OK! magazine and Thailand’s Image and in very imitate pictures. Who copy whom? Bao Han was first seen wearing the outfit in Paris By Night 89 in Korea live show on July 2007. And about a month later, in August 2007 Ngo Mai Trang was spotted with a similar outfit in “Giai Dieu Tinh Yeu” show in Vietnam. From a far and at first glance the outfits look identical but if you examine close there some differences in the design like Ngo Mai Trang’s outfit has a black belt that Bao Han’s didn’t. Maybe this is a coincident or something else. What are your thoughts? Source

Winner, Phương Vy received over 53% of the votes and was crowned “Vietnamese Idol Winner 2007.” Many people were however were disappointed with the results. Vietnam Idol received much controversy because they were thought to be sacrificing fairness of the competition in order to maximize their profit. The show gained about 129,000 US dollars from voting by audiences. Just imagine the number of poverty in the country and the amount of money audiences spent to decide the winner of singing competition. It must have upset a lot of people. Even with all the criticism, the show gained a lot of attention especially from young audiences in the country. What are your thoughts?

Jennifer Pham appeared on the cover of Viet Weekly denying the baby rumor that said she was supposedly three months pregnant with husband Quang Dung . Along with the pregnancy rumors, Jennifer also answered other questions such as marrying a gay husband. She replied that the rumor about Quang Dung being gay is not true. She believes that being a public figure there will always be people who are jealous and envious that they will spread bad rumors. Jennifer claims that she knows Quang Dung well and so she doesn’t believe the rumor to be true. And when asked how many kids she plans to have, Jennifer replies two or three. Beauty queen Jennifer Pham and singer Quang Dung had their wedding last month on the 21st of September, 2007 at Anaheim Crown Plaza Resort in Garden Grove city, California with about 400-500 guests attending. The guests included famous singers as well as families and friends of the couple. The couple had their engagement ceremony months ago on July 25, 2007 at Sofitel Plaza in Ho Chi Minh City.
