This is a picture of a Vietnamese dish, Goi Cuon also known as Summer Rolls. I know I should have taken a picture of the actual Goi Cuon that I had, but think this picture will do. Haha.

So what did everyone do today for those who celebrate it? For me holiday or no holiday it's the same nevertheless because I don’t take much care into them. I find most holidays pointless to celebrate and also it is just another way to make money for businesses. Anyway, today I stayed home and had dinner with my family. I ate a lot of Goi Cuon. It is one of my favorite foods. Also today is my nephew’s birthday, but the actual party will carry out on Saturday instead. And a shout out to him, happy birthday Makai!
