The 2 Chieu is a scam. I bought $60 worth for roughly 2500 minutes about 2 weeks ago, so everything sounds great. Two days ago, they raise their rate to 3 folds, so I just lost 1/3 of minutes without even making a call. What a ripoff!

SCAM AND FAKE! I called for only about 10 minutes, and they charged me for 40+ minutes! they can't prove it to me after I even show them my phone bills that I was only on the phone for 10 minutes! Fake! Owner thinks he owns this world!

Liars! owner is very sen and cheat me out of my bonus. told me that I would get 100 minutes free, and when he took my money, he said he can only do 20 minutes! WTF! The 2 Chieu is a group of fake wannabe's, they are super showoff think they are god's gift when they are nothing but con artist and lies! give me back my money!
