Actress Ngo Thanh Van show off her new look with a long blue dress and short hair do in Ho Chi Minh City at "Giải Cống Hiến" Award show on April 5th, 2011. She was there as one of the presenters of the evening. Ngo Thanh Van stood out among the crowd and brought quite the attention for the style chosen. She said that with different events comes a different meaning; she will choose the outfit fitting for that meaning. The right costume is not the most beautiful but the one most fitting for the event's meaning.
The award show presented programs and people throughout the year that had made the most dedication. Not sure how that plays into her outfit. I don't know what you guys think about her choice of fashion, but I'm a bit drawn back by her new appearance. She looks like an evil witch in the big city. The hair, its color plus make up speaks out something rebellious and is too much for the the long blue dress shows femininity but in a plain and simple way with nothing stunning. On top of that, Ngo Thanh's Van skinny body with little to no chest supports. Overall I find the whole mess a fashion disaster. As a public figure, she could have looked better. Vietnamese sources were being careful to not bash her. The only thing that Ngo Thanh Van has, which makes her remotely attractive is her tall looks. Have you seen her walked out of a car in the movie "Bay Rong- Clash?" Those unattractive and bony legs were terrifying.
