Donna Võ Crowned Miss VN Global 08





































Donna Uyên Ngọc Võ from California, U.S., was crowned Miss Vietnam Global 2008. The show took place July 5th, 2008 at MGM Grand in Las Vegas. 1st runner up went to Diana Yến Xuân Trương, and the second runner up went to Vũ Nguyễn Hà Anh. Despite of all the scandals, Miss Vietnam Global continues to take place, one show after another, feeding on to the frenzy of girls worldwide and audiences who tune in to see how the drama unfold. What’s interesting is that not every girl gets a fair shot at the crown. Within the hopeful pack of contestants, are models, experienced girls within the showbiz, girls with connections, etc. What will become of next year?

Donna is the niece of singer Quynh Dung from Paris By Night. But this girl works really hard for her titles.

these competitions are so unfair. the crown is pretty huge..probably cause they couldnt afford a better one, lol..it's the ugliest crown i've ever seen. bigger is not better. when will these vietnamese pageant people learn??

Uah no common !i'd reckon she's pretty . Anyway goodluck for her as a ladies who's doesn't wanna be Miss Universe for 1 time of your life "hey" .... Yet i'd agree some Miss Vietnamese pageant not that pretty "Why they're still entry the competition '????It's there something behind that Crown that we're should all know !... OMG That Diana Truong should stop going to beauty pagnents!! She's not even pretty to participate =="
She participate in the Miss Vietnam Free World and got in the Top 5. I saw her again in the Miss Vietnam USA and she is uglier! Good on her who didnt get into the finals. Now her in the top 5 of MVG 2008? IF she looks better, then she must have had plastic surgery to boost her sex appeal then. Dont even bother to watch Miss vietnam global 2008. Full of rumoured scams

I don't understand. Should these girls meet some type of standard in order to participate? Like not being in other shows? How many time can you apply. Some of these girls are like deadbeat in reapplying and applying over and over again till they win something. And isn't there some type of beauty standard as well in order to be in the competitions.

some people think their pretty even though their not. there are only afew that are nice and the rest only has a hot body.(and their face is totally off) Donna is cute. I hope the next MVG queen is hot.
