Phuong Vy has a new music video titled " If... My Heart " taken from her album " Baby No More . " She is the daughter of singer Phuong Dung . Phuong Vy used to appear on Thuy Nga Paris by Night back in the days. You might remember her performance with Tommy Ngo in " Chilly Cha Cha ."
