Her family resided in Michigan where she lived for 13 years. Linh started singing for the Vietnamese community at age 9 and continued to sing and grow through the support of family and friends. She participated in many competitions from talent search to beauty pageant and modeling. Hoang Thuc Linh made her first appearance in Van Son 42 in Denver and is currently featured in VietLifeStyles Magazine's February 2012 issue .

The answer to last week's ' guess who ' was Van Son who started out as a comedian before having his own production company. Let's see this week's photo. HINT: his dad started out in a singing competition and won judges' choice.

In this special video of " Chuyen Ben Le " with MC Viet Thao , he announces that future episodes of the show will no longer be aired like before via VHN-TV but only when and wherever he has time to do a recording. Viet Thao and Van Son are the two casts of the show, however both are very busy doing shows and such that they do not have time to be in studio to do recording for the show. Therefore the show has been disconnected for some time. However, it is now back due to the many requests of fans who really like the show and wants Viet Thao to continue doing the show.

Van Son 's new face Trieu Minh is out with a new CD titled I Don't Believe - Em Khong Tin . The singer first appeared on Van Son 45 in Minnesota . Trieu Minh has her start in Vietnam before entering showbiz overseas. Van Son Entertainment is currently promoting the singer on the rise. Although Trieu Minh has the look, I am still skeptical about the voice. Her performances since Van Son 45 till now have not impressed me much. Let me know what you think.

I remember when Cat Tien started out singing in Van Son . She sang "Oi Tinh Yeu" I believe. Cat Tien has been a consistent face on Van Son since then. Trieu Minh is one of the new singers of Van Son Entertainment . She is considered as the "fire" voice of the production. Trieu Minh was born in An Giang, Vietnam with the name Nguyen Thi Be Ngoan. She started singing at the age of 14 and was a member of the group "Ruby" in Saigon. The singer immigrated to the U.S about two years and is currently residing in a small city just 30 minutes drive from New York. "After singer Cat Tien and emcee Viet Thao gave my CD demo to Van Son to listen, a few weeks later I received a call from the company to come in to audition and sign contract. After that I participated in Van Son 45 in Minnesota until now," explained Trieu Minh about how she entered Van Son Entertainment. Trieu Minh is currently working on her first album released by Van Son. Sunny Luong was featured on HimMag.COM . The interview started out with interest in Sunny Luong's tattoo rather than talking about his music. They're art pieces that he is quite proud of yet they're also a worry when he sings because the Vietnamese culture has not yet open up to tattoos. The singer shared that he's not used to promotion his stuff constantly as he should therefore audiences do not hear much about him and his projects in the news. Prior to singing, Sunny Luong held many different jobs such as a phone attendant, waiter, and bank teller. Entering Thuy Nga's Talent Show was not the first time that he participated in showbiz. Prior to the competition he had acted with Quang Minh and Hong Dao . Then meeting with Van Son and he was asked to sing with Vpop . Sunny Luong is an only child and has been independent since he was little, thus giving him an advantage in the way thinks. In his family, he's the only one following a career in showbiz. ...
