Vietnam singer Hong Ngoc got hitched to husband Thomas Nguyen also known as Thomas Tam in Dallas, Texas on May 30, 2009. This is the singer's second marriage. Thẩm Thúy Hằng 's real name is Nguyễn Kim Phụng born in 1941 in Hải Phòng and grew up in An Giang, Vietnam. At the age of 16 she won Mỹ Vân's Film Company actor search contest and received the stage name Thẩm Thúy Hằng. She became among the top Asian stars in the 1960-70 and was a symbol of beauty. For her first role she starred in the movie "Người đẹp Bình Dương" in 1958. She then partook in multiple film projects and soon became a household name.
