Miss Universe 2008 in Vietnam





































This year the 57th annual Miss Universe 2008 will be held in Nha Trang, Vietnam on July 14th, 2008 at the Crown Convention Center (Diamond Bay Resort). Last year's winner, Miss Japan, Riyo Mori will be there to crown the new winner. The event will broadcast live via NBC and Telemundo with more than 80 contestants from around the world to compete. The contestants will take part in various activities carry out in in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Nha Trang. Representing Vietnam this year is singer Nguyễn Thùy Lâm.

She's cute i liked her , hopefully she 'WIN" She's also in that movie KIEU NU DAI GIA .The movie's great should watching guy :) . It about 3 ladies who's find all this riches man & dating , They'll thought they're all smart but end up with nothing .All pretty girls in it .Anyway it Friday yeah :) cheer.

Nguyen Thuy Lam is cute with a sweet innocent look but there were many top models who have that model qualities in the pageant but they didn't win. I don't think it was fairly judge, I agree with the firt commenter, I don't think she'll win the title as well but might win something else since the thing is being hosted in VN.

I like her singing. Although there are many speculations that she's a weak contestant compare to the others, I'm still rooting for her. Hope she'll be in the top 10.

I think she is pretty. But there's no point because she is already famous. Seriously, there's other hopefuls who willing to join Miss Universe 08 pagenent. I am curious to find why Miss Thuy Lam participated in Miss Vietnam 08 in the first place. Did she want more fame? What an attention-grabber.
